Today I actually attempted to run on a treadmill and it actually went well. Although I found myself bored out of my mind running inside, it did help me out with my shins. Seeing that I am now sun burnt that does not help either. I am done with week 2 and am now onto week 3. The intensity will increase but I know that I am ready for it. I was actually thinking about doing another run tonight if I am not beat. Seeing that my car is not working and I will have to miss Zumba & sculpt tonight will cause me to be behind in my workout.

I have officially decided that shin splints suck!!!!! Despite what everyone has told me about what to do nothing is working at all! I did take Saturday and Sunday off of running but still I feel like poop. I taped my legs and that did not seem to work. I must get back to studying for the time being now. :(
